The magnetic diet is among the best ways to keep our weights and eating habits controlled without too much rigidity. With a magnetic diet we lose weight at the same time that we enjoy good foods.
In principle foods have “magnets” that attract positive or negative effects to our bodies. The “magnets” are ingredients in our foods. Magnetic diet is simply consuming foods with the right “magnets” that attract only positive effects.
Foods with the right magnets are those with “invigorating magnetism” and those with wrong magnets have “contaminating magnetism.” So the idea is to stay far from foods or drinks with contaminating magnetism. Of course, the magnetic diet does not mean foods actually have magnets in them. This means there are ingredients in food that attract ill effects.
So, following a magnetic diet, we should avoid any food with stuff like white sugar, white flour, chemical seasonings, fats, cholesterol, grease, oil from animal fats, caffeine, and the like. And we look for food with stuff like natural vitamins, minerals in natural foods, fibers, antioxidants, beta carotene, photochemical and the like.
Magnetic diet enthusiasts drink only pure water, pure and freshly squeezed fruit juices (unsweetened of course) or natural brewed tea. No artificial sweetened or made beverages, no matter their advertized nutrient contents. Lean animal meat in reasonable amounts is allowed, like skinless chicken, beef, and fish. Vegetables, and mostly raw vegetables make up the major component of a magnetic diet, and fruits like apples, mangoes, bananas and pineapple are encouraged.
Like most dieting schemes, magnetic diet also hinges on the right kind of exercises. Dynamic muscle tensioning is excellent for this diet. Meditation is also greatly encouraged to eliminate mental stress which also attracts negative effects and may stimulate contaminating magnetism. A craving control technique called “pranayama” is also incorporated.
Instead of totally cutting off caloric foods, Magnetic diet also employs the so-called Mathematics of losing weight. Simply put, it is a process of subtracting more calories than what we add in our bodies through what we eat. Subtracting calories is mostly by exercise. It is a fact that the metabolism of the body can only burn more fats and calories if it has enough calories left to sustain energy for more burning.
The magnetic diet is a very practical and realistic way of shedding off weight and keeping fit for good. It is not a starvation diet which many diet schemes actually are, but a nutritionally sound and wise method of dieting. Magnetic diet keeps our bodies fed with the needed nutrients and carbohydrates that attract invigorating magnetism at the same time that we have enough energy to burn fats during exercises.
The Magnetic diet is a logical and easy alternative to other diets, so if we’re fed up with rigid but unrealistic diets that result to nothing substantial, it’s probably time to try magnetic diet. It’s the right diet for people who want good results and less fuss.
